My Chromecast with Google TV (4K) hangs at Google TV animation.
I have tried all recomendations.
But it seems like pressing the button when booting does nothing.
Before it hanged completly it got to the Android boot menu once.
But now I can't get back to that menu 😞
And it hangs at the Google TV animation forever (several hours now).
Any idea on how to factory reset it (or at least get to the menu)?
Anyone know who has support for it in Norway (it's 4 years and we have 5 year warranty)?

I have a similar issue not with hanging but loop booting and now it can’t connect to my WiFi after factory reset. Anyhow, on th 4K streamer there is a little button on back. Hold for 15 sec and the light should go yellow. It will take you to a menu with the option to factory reset. Push button to navigate menu and hold on selection until line appears green.

Sadly this does not work. Button makes no difference at all 😞

It hangs at the "Google TV" logo.
The one where the multicolor frame moves round.
So it seems to boot normal. But never get passed that point.
Also I can't get to the boot menu.
Nothing happends when I hold the button at start.
Have tried one receiver, two TVs, different PSUs.
