Chromecast with Google Tv Question

Hi There -- I have a fairly ancient Samsung 55" TV (circa 2011) but it does have 4k HDMI capability etc.  Is it likely to be pairable with the Google TV Chromecast device?  I have the Telus TV Plus app (Canada) on my phone and would like to be able to cast this to the Samsung TV screen.

Hi @bobskitmore 

If you TV supports 4k and has a HDMI capable port for 4k you will be fine.

The Chromecast Google TV will work with HDMI ports, but you verify the requirements HERE.
