I have constant buffering on any video apps especially YouTube. The videos will not play. I bought the ethernet adapter thinking it was the wifi but to no avail it didn't help. I bought another and it works perfect but I would like this one to work. I've soft reset, hard reset, and lastly I factory reset. Nothing works.

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. A few questions: is this happening when you’re playing the installed apps directly (using the remote)? Or is this happening when casting (from phone, tablet, laptop, etc.)? Is this triggered with a certain app, or multiple/all apps?
