Experiencing freezes/stutters on Dolby Vision 4K content across different players. Sometimes, after quitting DV content, the TV stays in HDR (DV) mode instead of switching back to SDR. This issue started after updating to Google TV 14. A factory reset didn’t help.

2 I'm not casting - its chromecast with google tv as I mentioned in the tag.
3 I'm not casting, I'm using streming or local files
4 Nope the only change was update to android 14, after that the issues have started
