No, Google TV Streamer does not accept the signal from a digital TV antenna.

You would attach that antenna to your TV's input and then switch the input and view those channels using your TV's remote control

What TV standard you intent to use?

If it's ATSC, the only option is to use an HDHomeRun network tuner which uses your LAN to stream the TV channels.

If it's the DVB-T/T2 standard let me know.

If you want DVB-T, you need a DVB-T dongle plugged into a raspberry pi with the Kodi OS installed https://kodi.tv/download/raspberry-pi/

Then simply use the Kodi Android app on any compatible device to watch the TV.
