El control remoto de mi chromecast gasta la batería en menos de dos días

Necesito solucionar este problema. Le tengo que cambiar a mi control remoto cada dos días. Hay algo mal con el control.

¿Alguien sabe cuál puede ser el problema?

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Nest Community team! I understand the inconvenience you're having with the Voice Remote battery draining easily. I will do my best to help you find a solution.

 

To better understand the situation, please help me by answering the following questions:

 

  1. Has this been happening since you purchased the Chromecast device, or is this a recent issue?
  2. What kind of batteries are you currently using?
  3. Does the remote get hot?

Also, I will send some troubleshooting steps; please give them a try:

 

  • Please remove the voice remote batteries. While the customer reinserts the batteries, ask them to check if the LED blinks. If the LED doesn't blink, replace the batteries with new 1.5 V AAA batteries.
  • If the LED still doesn't blink, please perform a Factory Reset on the voice remote.
