Mi chromecast serie 4 se desconecta muy frecuentemente de la red wifi interrumpiendo las películas o lo que proyecte, se conecta y se desconecta

Before we start further troubleshooting, I need to ask you a few questions:

  • When did the issue start?
  • What model of streaming device do you have? You can use this Google Help Center article to help identify your device: Chromecast and Google TV Streamer specifications.
  • What's the Chromecast firmware version? You can use this help center article as reference: Find your device’s firmware version.
  • What is the status of the Chromecast LED light when this happens?
  • Are you receiving any error messages on the TV screen or in the Google Home app every time the streaming device loses connection?
  • Have there been any recent changes to your router settings or network configuration?
  • How far is your streaming device from the Wi-Fi router?
  • Are you connecting your streaming device to the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi network?
  • Is your streaming device connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile devices?
  • Are you using an Android or an iPhone to manage your Chromecast?
  • Could you please perform an internet speed test while the issue is occurring? (Please let me know the download and upload speed readings.)
