Full remote unavailable. Make sure your streaming device has the latest software.

Hello, I have an Nvidia Shield and the Google Home app connected to it. For the past few o this I keep getting the same error message when trying to use my phone as a remote. I’ve checked and all the software is up to date. I’ve tried to uninstall the remote service on the Shield and reinstall it and works for a few days but doesn’t stick. 

Any other suggestions would be helpful.

You should ask this in the nvidia support forums or do you have any issues with Chromecast device?
