This is a recent problem. I have tried all the recommended fixes. Clear out data and cache, restart, reset.
I am convinced the issue is in my google account. I have three google TV chromecast devices setup on three TVs in the house. My housemate also has an account setup on the three devices and they all load correctly and work perfectly. Switch to my account and I get a Loading Error, Unable to load for you. TVs are LG and Samsung.

I'm having same issue and others are as well so I don't believe it's just your account. Google seems to be dropping the ball a lot lately and doesn't seem to care to keep its customers informed of what's going on so instead we waste our time trying to find the solutions on our own or through other community members to no avail.
