HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a chromcast I bought 6 months ago and the screen keeps cutting out.  I've asked for a warranty replacement and after sitting on hold for a solid hour was told to send a 45 second video which I did.  Then crickets from there.  I asked to confirm it was receive and no response to several emails.   Called again and after more hold time was told this was a know issue and they won't replace it until they know the replacement won't also be an issue.   I asked to speak to a supervisor and this was refused.  The agent then hung up on me.  Apauling and this person should be fired

They claim that a replacement has been ordered but no response when I gave my address. This should have been overnighter after what I've been through.

Kindly check for an email titled: “Action required: Send your device to get a replacement” sent by Google Store. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check the spam folder.
