How to get rid of Plex

Hi.

Recently my Chromecast TV is overflooding with recommendations for Plex films and series. Trouble is that I am NOT using Plex and I do not WANT to use Plex. So it is extremely annoying to see that 9 out of 10 recommended films are on a platform that I do not use.

I have checked all my Android devices and Plex is not installed on any of them.

So my question is: How to I get rid of Plex on my Chromecast TV?

You can uninstall Plex which should solve your issue, go to settings, apps , Plex ,uninstall.  

You can also turn off all recommendations if you want

Since Plex is NOT en the list of apps on either of the Chromecasts, I can not uninstall it. I have checked all my devices and Plex is not installed on any of my Google devices.
