If I unplug my chromecast with google tv, do I have to set up the device again?

I am just asking this question because I set up many things. But I'm afraid that when I unplug the chromecast or turn off the power outlet of the chromecast, I would have to set all the PINs, settings and apps again.

No, you will not have to set it up again.

The Chromecast device remembers all the important setup information even when there is no power.

The only think to keep in mind is that if it has been unplugged for a while (days or weeks) it may start applying updates that it missed when it was unplugged.  Make sure to plan time for that and don't expect it to be ready for casting immediately.
