Issue: get the message "your current video setup is not permitted"

Hello, I am new to  chromcast.  I am cutting the "cord" with Dish Network and going straight internet tv.  My problem is when I try to watch the SEC and some other channels, I get the message:  "your current video setup is not permitted".  I do not have an "external monitor" connected.  My tv is older, but does have a HDMI1 and HDMI2 port.  Troubleshoot on Fubo references maybe a cord issue.. anybody have an idea of how to fix this?

Hi paulay,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. A few questions: what Chromecast device do you have connected to your TV? What particular app are you watching? Is this an app installed on your Chromecast with Google TV? Or are you casting this app? If you’re casting this app, are you getting that message from the casting source (a smartphone or Chrome browser on a computer)?

We need more details about this. It would help us more if you could be more specific as you elaborated on the situation. We look forward to your response.

Thanks,

Kimy
