My LG TV requires you to hit ok after you choose an input to switch. When setting up the chromecast input button, the chromecast remote will bring up my input selection menu, allow me to choose an input by continuing to tap it, but will not allow me to 'accept' or 'ok' the input so it actually changes. It would be nice if when you long pressed the input button, it doubled as an 'ok' button on LG (or other TV) remotes. This would allow you to tap the input button to bring up the screen and cycle through inputs, and long press the input button to 'ok' the change.

Hello,
The lack of this feature actually made me switch back to FireTV. Amazon's stick seems to handle equipment control much better than the Chromecast with Google tv. It's unfortunate as I have always been a Google supporter, but the ability to control all devices with one remote is a requirement for me. Chromecast simply can't do it, and amazon can.
