Just to clarify the inconvenience, when you say the device isn't working at all, do you mean it won't power on? Additionally, I'd like to ask the following:
- When the Nest Audio is plugged into the wall outlet, does it show any LED lights that indicate that it has power?
- Was the device dropped or knocked over?
- If you give any command, is the speaker's assistant able to respond as it should?
- What steps have you performed so far?
