Mi Google nest Audio

Tengo una bocina Google nest Audio y ya cumplió su garantía, tengo dos años y empezó a fallar y ahora ya no funciona nada, ya vi muchos tutoriales de soluciones y ya le intente pero no da señales de funcionamiento. ¿Nesesito ayuda?

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Audio started failing after two years and now doesn't work at all, even after trying some workarounds. I know how important it is to get the device working again, especially outside of the warranty period. I'd be happy to help!

Just to clarify the inconvenience, when you say the device isn't working at all, do you mean it won't power on? Additionally, I'd like to ask the following:

  • When the Nest Audio is plugged into the wall outlet, does it show any LED lights that indicate that it has power?
  • Was the device dropped or knocked over?
  • If you give any command, is the speaker's assistant able to respond as it should?
  • What steps have you performed so far?
