My Chromecast 4 stuck on G logo.

Hello,

Today when I tried to turn on my Chromecast, it stuck on G logo as you can see on the photo below. I tried to do a factory reset via button but I can push button for a 1 minute and nothing was changed. Is it any other way to fix it?

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. To cover all the bases, could you please plug in your device on a different HDMI port on your TV and reboot your Wi-Fi router? Also, try to unplug it then plug it back in after 24 hours.

Router restarted, HDMI port changed, i will check unplug and plug after 24h. Will inform about results.

Btw device i didn't see device in wifi connected devices. Hard reset not working too

Unfortunately i unplugged device from power source and tv for 24 hours and nothing changes its still stuck on G logo. Any further idea how to deal with the issue?
