Hello,Today when I tried to turn on my Chromecast, it stuck on G logo as
you can see on the photo below. I tried to do a factory reset via button
but I can push button for a 1 minute and nothing was changed. Is it any
other way to fix it?
@JenniferV Unfortunately i unplugged device from power source and tv for
24 hours and nothing changes its still stuck on G logo. Any further idea
how to deal with the issue?
Router restarted, HDMI port changed, i will check unplug and plug after
24h. Will inform about results. Btw device i didn't see device in wifi
connected devices. Hard reset not working too
