Hi,
I'm getting an intermittent momentary freeze of whatever content I'm watching and then it will speed to "catch up" (without sound). This is happening constantly (every 5 to 10 minutes or so sometimes more).
This is incredibly frustrating.
Is this a bug or a fault? Can it be diagnosed? Is there a fix?

I've outlined this already:
Google TV and Chromecast (4k)
Started around the date I posted
No powersaver mode on
No error messages
No during live streams just on demand content
