I am also having a sign in problem. The last step asks for an account verification. I enter my email, password and phone which is received as correct. It then says I will receive a text notification to my phone number along with a 2 digit code. I do not receive the notification after re-entering the email, password and phone several times. There is no "find another way" option to receive the notification code via email.
