Screeneo U5 projector and Chromecast issue (Showing Google logo, then black screen)

This is an issue happening on my Philips Screeneo U5 projector. I hope somebody faced a similar problem and can help. Thanks in advance.

I have ordered a new Google Android TV (this one for 4K: https://store.google.com/us/product/chromecast_google_tv?hl=en-US).
I have connected it to one of the HDMI ports (the other is occupied by my PC), it boots up, shows the Google logo for 5 seconds, then black screen. No setup. I have tried with the other HDMI port, same issue. Btw, power for the Chromecast comes directly from an electrical outlet.

I'm in talks with Screeneo support as well about this problem.

To check if there’s a problem with the Chromecast, I tried with my old LG TV….no problems at all. I was able to set it up. I thought I might be able to plug it into the projector after the initial setup, but no dice. Same Google logo, then black screen.

It seems it only works on my TV.

Question:
1) Is there a known incompatibility issue with the new Chromecast and (some) projector? Before, I was using a years old Chromecast with the Screeneo without trouble.
2) Are there any settings I can change?

Things I've tried:
1) Changing around the HDMI EDID settings on the projector
2) Trying to change the Chromecast video mode to "HDR" on my TV before plugging it into the projector (not working...showing "only SDR supported"). However, as "automatically select video mode" is selected, this shouldn't be a problem.
3) Updating Chromecast to latest firmware

Some Videos/pics:

Video1 (0:33): Normal Chromecast start without changing settings (pre setup on different TV)
Video2 (1:55): Changing EDID settings around (start with EDID 2.1):
At around 18sec: something is shown for a few milliseconds
Pic1: Resetting Chromecast (couldn't get this screen on video)
Video3 (0:26): Right after resetting Chromecast. Problem persists. Again, at 14 seconds a flash of something.

Just a quick update. I received the following reply from Philips support. They mention the "dolby-vision-black-screen problem". Search results suggest that some people had similar problems with Apple TV (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254561358?sortBy=best).

Is there a way to "disable HDR10 and dolby vision on first startup" of the Chromecast?

I'm at a loss...

Our technician seems to think that what's happening is that the U5 has the dolby-vision-black-screen problem and the google tv is turning on dolby vision mode by default. This needs to be reset. The technician will check for a method to do so.
Otherwise please contact google as well for help how to disable HDR10 and dolby vision on first startup.
