i recently bought a Google Hub Max and was attempting to connect the TCL C655 Pro QLED TV to it. Back story; the TV was originally my partners and she has lend it to me for my new aprtment. Google nest detects the chromscast TV, when i try to connect it shows me the 4 letter code which the TV doesnt show. In addition, if i do click yes that the code shows, it says connection failed, unit was registered previously and needs to be factory reset.
Can anyone solve this issue and see what the problem is?
