Ui glitch unable to scroll down

I am unable to scroll down past two rows, there's audio cue that i am down but visually it just shows till second row. Have tried disabling and enabling Apps Mode. Kindly help as it's very frustrating not being able to navigate on a new tv.

Tried everything but problem still exist. Either give me the update or resolve this issue immediately 🙏also lag issues 😔 . Please improve ui please respond to this post

Thank you for responding actually I am dealing with the issue related to while I am in the app only mode in my google tv where I am unable to scroll down. There is an option called app only mode in the tv especially in Google tv's for lag less and smooth and lag less experience. The issue relies on where I am unable to see the downside apps , my remote cursor is going down but apps struck at one position there is a bug in it please resolve this issue as soon as possible

Also experiencing lot of lag issues the only reason I enable app only mode in my tv is will be lag less but i am experiencing lag as same as normal mode in the google tv .

  3. Is the scrolling issue limited to the home screen, or does it occur in all menus (e.g., Settings, App Library)?
  4. Could you confirm the current firmware version of the Chromecast?
  5. What is the make and model of the TV?
