Update firmware NAD Amp1

Hi,

Could anyone confirm or inform me on the matter of a firmware update for the built in chromecast of the NAD Amp1 amplifier? The word was out that NAD was about to release an update to firmware version 1.52. NAD and Hifi Klubben (where i purchaised the amp) both are referring to each other.

You are not talking to Google here.  We are users who volunteer to help other users.  We don't have any visibility to release scheduled.

You really need to talk to the manufacturer.  THEY are the ones that will have to release the update.

Google makes new versions available to each manufacturer but the manufacturer then has to modify it and release it for their own systems.

Hi Jeran! The help from Byteguy was helpfull. I contacted NAD and the reseller HIFI Klubben. The matter is under there attention, an update is about to be launched, within 2/3 months.

Thanks! I did and they confirmed an update to be launched within 2/3 months.
