I have a jvc 4k android tv. Youtube kids app has been notifying it's going away. Today when we open it it says switch to the main app. We go there switch accounts to the kids app. It takes a minute logs in, shows the new version of youtube kids in the main app for a few seconds then blocks the screen and says you are set up for youtube kids. Switch accounts. Can't update the main app to a newer version. So is youtube kids just gone for our TV or is there something we can do? I have youtube premium on my account but the benefits (ad free content) doesn't extend to my child account on the TV even tho is was included in the terms when I got it. As far as I can tell that only applies on my phone.
