can't access accessibility on chromecast 4k

i just updated my chromecast 4k to the newest android tv os 14 and the apps which was working perfectly fine on previous version which was android tv os 12 ... i can't turn on any accessibility settings on the newest update and can't even access the chromecast through adb too ... what is happening ? the update ruined my device and i can't use it as before
