Hi,
For a few days now i can no longer acces any of the recommended content on the google tv app on my phone. When clicking on a suggestion i get a loading error screen on the phone. Furthermore, on the chromecast, my library won't show content anymore, nor can i acces my watchlist. Seems like there are no longer recommendations from my streaming services, only from youtube. When i'm searching for a movie or series on the home-screen, for example 'breaking bad' which is on netflix it shows a loading error screen.
I did a factory reset of my chromecast. But that did not solve the problem.
I can stream from within the streaming-apps itself, but the homescreen on the chromecast and my google tv app on my phone is bugged, as you can see.
Is there a solution for this problem?

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the delay. What Chromecast device are we working on? What phone are you using (Android or iOS)? Is the Google TV app updated? Could you send us a screenshot of it so we can take a better look?
