You should be able to cancel your Nest Aware subscription (now called Google Home Premium) on your subscription management page:

You can usually do this from the Google Home app or by checking your Nest Aware subscription settings. Go to subscriptions/billing and you should find the latest option to cancel or manage it. I Hope it helps
