I’ve never had an issue with my old nest system. Now I upgraded to the pro and it’s been the worst investment ever. It just drops left and right and is the biggest waist of money ever. I contacted support so many time and they just keep saying to factory reset everything. It’s terrible because it doesn’t fix anything and I have to reset so much equipment in the house to the new network. The nest pro needs some software update or something it’s so horrible for me.

I understand how frustrating this situation must be because things don't work as expected. I appreciate you confirming that you already contacted support and the troubleshooting steps you have taken. To gather the necessary information, please answer the following questions:

  • How far is the client device from the primary point?
  • When the devices disconnect, what is the color and status of the LED light on the primary (parent) Nest Wi-Fi Pro router?
  • Does the entire mesh system drop offline, or do only the satellite points disconnect from the primary point?
