Nest Heatlonk not working

Hi there,Installed Nest learning thermostat in 2020, suddenly heatlonk stopped linking with thermostat. Can't turn on manually. Advised that heatlink is faulty. Can I get replacement? Can I talk to someone in person. Many thanksPJ
