I have automatic free Net Aware with the purchase of net cam
(indoor/outdoor) battery. I cannot find a way to upgrade to Net Aware

I got free net aware when buying nest cam battery. But I do not get 24/7
recording with it, even plugged in power. Do you know how I can upgrade
from net aware free 30 days to net aware plus right away so I can get
the recording 24/7?
