i have a heatlink dead in the water, no lights, cannot reset or re-pair.
There doesn't seem to be a spares option for this in the nest

if you log in to your nest portal via the web browser, u can follow the
support options and use the online chat. I ended up diagnosing the fault
with a technician and they agreed to send out a replacement unit, I
received the RMA paperwork into my gm...
