Could you share the reset process? I don't see the instructions or a link in this thread.

It worked for well over a year with no problems and my other Nest products, about 20 of them, were all installed correctly. Is the "Pro" troubleshooting guide available or is there a troubleshoot guide specific to the Chime?

I have the original Nest Chime connector installed, it came with the Hello.
