Hey I switched for Asus xt8, problem solved.

Same issue, Google says it's because of the 24ghz / 5ghz, room configuration etc. In reality, only the router connected (WiFi or wired) devices beneficiate from the real speed. I'm experiencing the same issue. It's sad coming from Google.
