Make sure you turn off ECO and the safety temp is something other than
the default and off the lowest/highest setting. I have one thermostat
that is fully updated and it still doesn't work right.
I've had this happen to both of my Nest devices. My E device that was
out in the garage was doing it about two months ago. Now the thermostat
