my nest hello wired wont connect anymore, i had to delete it from the app and have reset it now it says nc023 error, i have tried several devices to try add it but no joy, I've done all the trouble shooting but still wont connect, this is a replaceme...

  The glass cover has came off my nest door bell lens how do I get a replacement, it’s only a few year old had the pealing as well but this is the worst bit because now it fogs up
