Already set up Chromecast, how do I go back to get tv input to work?

I tried this, now it just goes to my TV and I can't get to my Chromecast. All it will allow me is for my TV input.

I have tried that and it didn’t work so I guess I don’t have the right TV. I’ll go to the remote. Thank you
