I've filled out the form 

The device was like that when we got home last night. We've already tried the factory reset and it goes right back to the grey logo screen

My Google nest hub suddenly restarted and now is stuck on a black screen with a grey G logo on it I tried factory resting it but it goes right back to the grey g Plz help!
