I ended up doing a factory reset of the device and it solved the
problem. Oddly enough an hour on the phone with customer service this
was never suggested and they told me I had to contact a heating
professional.
I am having the same issue and can't find any help with it either.
Battery has plenty of voltage. But this is happening multiple times a
day which is causing my boiler to partially heat and then cool down so
it is just wasting oil.
