@EdwardT Yes thank you. I'm expecting another router shortly, and will try a separate 2.4G non-mesh network to see if that solves the NordicTrack issue.

@EdwardT @olavrb Thank you for reply and follow up. It sounds like I'll have to get a separate router for my NordicTrack to connect to. They also suggested that I could use my phone as a hot spot, but the NordicTrack doesn't seem to find my phone.

@Jeff The latest suggestion from iFit was "You can try to split the signal on your network and name it 2 different names so that you can assign the machine to connect to specific WIFI signal. Sometimes that will require you to contact you ISP provide...
