Our furnace is new - it has a 24v transformer and it is wired to the thermostat. This forum will not allow me to upload images. I have one with the power. It shows:Vin: 36.276 Vlin: 385PS: C-385

Jake - this is not the conventional RIng access - my thermostat is white with a mirror front. I can access the menu by sliding my finger on the right side. There's no "Get Entry Key" or "Quick View menu.
