I've worked in customer service long enough to know that this is the way
to use a lot of words to essentially say: "we know about the problem and
are doing absolutely nothing about it but we want to give you the
impression that we do so that you stop...
That does not work for me. It's still the same tiny unreadable letters.
I chatted (once again) with the help desk yesterday and was informed
that "they are working on it". For the past two months already...
My tv is from LG and I have an Android phone and Apple iPad. Tried it
