Thank you again Cathal_S, the reset worked and it show's TV can be watched. Sadly I'm am unable to link to Prime Video.However since you solved the issue I presented here, I will post as another issue.

Thank you Cathal_S,I already deleted the Home app from my phone, but see it can still be reset from the device itself. I'm actually not sure which Gen I have, but just purchased the item within the past 6 months.I will followup.
