Love my goodwell smart thermostat. Have my 3 rd replacement nest now. Might hook it up to upstairs hvac.... might not. They always send refurbished........ how do they refurbish a software glitch? This has been a horrible process

Received my second refurbished unit and had a scratch and a dent in it. Guess they test it but don't look at it

Waiting for thermostat. Another refurbished unit. It appears that is all they send for warranty replacement. They said a nee thermostat would be sent. New refurbished I guess. Not happy. First new thermostat lasted 3 months

I am still waiting for the nest thermostat to be shipped out. Dealing with Google customer service has been a nightmare
