I'm having a very similar issue @TooOldForThisS- I am beyond frustrated
right now. No one can help and the chat on Facebook merely told me to
submit the form and ask for a call back but I too, don't have that
option. @MplsCustomer not working for me ...
OMG i'm literally dealing with the same exact thing. I just spent 45
mins chatting with likely a computer via Facebook messenger and got no
where. Mine keeps auto renewing but I have no options to cancel it as it
keeps saying 'migration is in progres...
