Mine has been working as it should since November 10, software version 14150.376.32. I've since moved on to Xfinity Pods, gave up on waiting for a fix, but at least I can sell them now in good conscience.

Same issue on new firmware. I've given up on these and have moved on to Xfinity Pods. Another in the long line of Google abandoned products.

Didn't fix the issue for me, have the new firmware and still getting throttled to 90.
