Casting desktop mutes my laptop and there is no sound on tv, unmuting
the laptop then plays sound on both, but i can't make it so that sound
on plays on TV. Casting only tab works fine.
I tried a bunch of chrome://flags suggestions from way back most of
which dont exist anymore. The issue started when I switched to windows
