I have this same issue. I’ve reset. Rebooted. Reinstalled. Still doesn’t work.

I there. I can’t use my nest hub camera at all. It keeps saying that it is offlineive uninstalled it reinstalled it and reset it. Still nothing.

I am having the same issue. I’ve done the reset. Removed it from my account and reset it again and my camera is still offline. I am really unhappy.
