Try this 24 Volt Transformer, C Wire... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FT2RCG9?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share it helped me!

Maybe it’s the cwire connection. I’m waiting for the connector but in the meantime I purchased a cwire adapter that fixed the issue. You just need an outlet close to the thermostat.
