Hi! I spoke to customer service at nest 855-469-6378. They trouble shoot with you. Now that it's summer the Nest is doing the opposite thing and going to 65 degrees randomly!!! Ugh!! Good luck!

I've had the same problem. I get so frustrated that it feels like the thermostat is giving me the finger when I change it to what I want because it just ignores me and does what IT wants to do! I've called Nest tech service at least 5 different times...
