Ours was too and I let support know that. They ended up requiring photos of the serial number etc to verify the origin of the unit.

I ended up contacting Google’s service team via chat. We troubleshot the issue and it couldn’t be fixed so they’re going to send a new unit and I will return the old one.

We’re having the same issue. Tried to factory reset multiple times with no solution.
